Founder & Executive Director
Dr. Aalih’s clinical experience supports 1st & 2nd Generation Immigrants, People of the Global Majority, Adult Children of Narcissistic Parents, Intercultural Relationships, and Oncology.
Please note that Dr. Aalih currently has a waitlist, but we are happy to connect you with another qualified team member in the meantime.

Amanda Cowell
Medical Biller
Amanda is Resilient Roots’ medical biller, as well as a proud mother of two amazing boys. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Seton Hill University, she brings both empathy and precision to every aspect of billing and client support.
She has a strong passion for problem-solving and takes pride in helping others, whether it’s navigating complex insurance claims or ensuring clients receive the care they deserve. For Amanda, advocating on behalf of clients isn’t just part of the job, it’s something she genuinely loves. Her goal is to make every interaction feel supportive, clear, and stress-free. Amanda is always more than happy to help.
