2. Client Engagement
You commit to actively participate in the therapeutic process, which includes attending scheduled sessions, being open in our discussions, and working on therapeutic goals between sessions as recommended.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
North Carolina law requires notification of cancellation policies to clients. You must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee, except in emergencies or as otherwise noted in our agreement.

9. Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved under Davidson County, North Carolina jurisdiction.

By continuing therapy with Resilient Roots Therapeutic Services, PLLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
